Should you go all-in?!? The amazing results of going plant-based overnight!

Those of you who have heard me speak about “Getting Started with a Plant-Based Diet” have heard my swimming pool analogy…

You can either tip-toe into the shallow end of plant-based eating, or you can CANNONBALL right on in, going fully plant-based overnight.

 Both approaches really do work, but there are some definite advantages to the CANNONBALL APPROACH…

Benefits of the “Cannonball Approach”:

In my experience, the biggest advantage to the CANNONBALL approach is in the AMAZING and SEEMINGLY-OVERNIGHT RESULTS that people see when taking it.

  • Has seen the arthritis pain in her knees COMPLETELY DISAPPEAR, so that she can now climb multiple flights of stairs with absolutely no knee pain at all!

  • Has seen the pain in her thumbs/hands COMPLETELY DISAPPEAR!  Closely related, her grip strength has improved so much that she can now open jars and packages without difficulty or pain!  Same thing for sewing and mending - she can now do these tasks without any difficulty or pain, after YEARS of “being resigned” to not being able to do these things at all!

  • Is sleeping so much better!

  • Is now completely “regular” in her bathroom habits!

  • Lost 3 pounds without trying, even though she doesn't really have much weight to lose!

And you know what else all three of these clients have in common, besides their incredible results?!?

They all LOVE their plant-based food!

And none of them feel any deprivation at all!

None of them feel like they're going hungry or doing without.
