Hi, I’m Michele.

I'm a plant-based health coach and physical therapist with more than 35 years of experience helping people improve their health and quality of life.

Throughout my career, I've seen firsthand how health problems can dramatically impact a person's independence, mobility, and quality of life. That's why I'm so passionate about helping people create better health through the power of plants before those problems get any bigger.

To date, I've helped nearly 200 people make plant-based eating doable, delicious, and fun while achieving meaningful improvements in their health.
