It's been a busy season here at Wellness Empowered.

From years of helping clients transition to a plant-based diet, I've definitely learned a lot. I've seen what works well and I've seen what does not. 

And I've now taken all that I've learned and distilled it into a ROADMAP, just for you.

This helpful ROADMAP explains the 10 steps that I see people move through on their PLANT-BASED JOURNEYS TO BETTER HEALTH, and is meant to help you as you move along your own similar journey.

I don't want to overwhelm you by sharing all 10 steps at once, so I'm just gonna share a small segment of your ROADMAP at a time, kinda like those old Trip-Tiks we used to get from AAA.  (If you know, you know.)

Okay, let me tell you a little more about this ROADMAP….

Step 1 is LEARN.

That day, you’re going to learn all kinds of things about eating plant-based, which is going to get you off to a GREAT START on your journey! For those of you who want to LEARN MORE, there’s even a link to video included in that email, to my presentation called “The What’s, Why’s, and How’s of a Plant-Based Diet.”

Steps 2 and 3 are BELIEVE and DECIDE…

Because I know how important it is to get your MINDSET in the right place as you begin your plant-based journey. That's one of the big things I've learned in my work as a plant-based health coach.  It's not all about the food.  You've gotta get your MINDSET right too.  And I'll tell you all about it in the ROADMAP.

Of course, I'd be remiss if I didn't talk about the topic of FOOD as well, so I do that throughout the ROADMAP too.

I'll give you some great pointers about some plant-based foods to start you off. And I'll share a couple of my favorite RECIPES with you as well. 

Step 5 will bring you my recipe for EASY BOLOGNESE SAUCE that's delicious over pasta.

And Step 9 will bring you my recipe for my “FAMOUS” VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. 

You can trust me, both recipes are delicious!  I don't waste my time with food that isn't.
