I've said it before and I'll say it again – I work with the NICEST people!
Today I want to tell you about my client Lisa, one of those super-nice people.
Lisa’s Story With Healing Her Arthritic Pain
Lisa is the kind of person who's always doing for others. She's always helping her family. She's always helping her friends. She's always helping out at church.
Need a helping hand? Lisa's there.
The thing is, Lisa's helping hands weren't feeling all that great when we first met.
The arthritis in her hands was causing her pain, which she ranked as 4-out-of-10 on a 10-point pain scale. This pain left her clutching her hands in discomfort, all throughout the day.
But – just 6 DAYS into eating a fully plant-based diet – that pain COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED!
From a 4 to a ZERO!

The arthritic pain in her feet went away just as quickly when she made the switch to fully plant-based eating. That's right – her foot pain also COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED – and again, in just 6 DAYS!

In Lisa’s Own Words…
"Before starting with Wellness Empowered, my weight had been creeping up to a place I was very disappointed in. I was already taking 4 medications and was on my way to a 5th one. The symptoms I was tired of included acid reflux (poorly controlled through prescribed medication), joint pain, hand and foot pain, tender breasts, night sweats, chronic headaches, chronic constipation, fatigue, psoriasis, difficulty concentrating, inability to stay on task, insomnia, and food cravings.
I was on medication for hypothyroidism, acid reflux, chronic headaches, and high cholesterol. I've had 2 cancer diagnoses, which my physicians had fortunately caught very early.
Since starting with Wellness Empowered and beginning my plant based journey, I can say that the results have been astounding:
Acid reflux - gone, and goodbye meds.
Joint pain - gone.
Hand and foot pain - gone.
Tender breasts - gone.
Chronic constipation- gone.
Fatigue- gone.
Difficulty concentrating - gone.
Insomnia - gone.
Food cravings - gone.
Headaches - gone, and weaning off meds.
My cholesterol level dropped 21 points.
Oh, and I lost 26 pounds.
I couldn't be happier with my results, and life."
All of these amazing changes were such a blessing to Lisa, as you can imagine.
